Traditional or Non-Traditional

There are many different ceremony styles which will fit your personality and your budget.

My fees are always the same, I don’t up-charge for Weekends, Holidays, or Bilingual Ceremonies.

You pay for the ceremony style you choose, regardless of the size of your wedding or the venue.

Fees apply to the Southampton County area.

Additional travel fees apply for any location outside of Southampton County.

Additional mileage is $1.00/mile and $1.50/mile (Winter).

If you would like me to attend/lead the Rehearsal and it is not included in the package you choose, you can add it for a fee of $100.  Rehearsals can last up to 1 hour and run multiple times for your peace of mind.

For the Rehearsal, consider me your “Ceremony Coordinator”. Besides covering key ceremony elements, I’ll go over positions, walking speeds and more!!  You will feel confident and sure on the day of your ceremony.

If you have a Wedding Coordinator, I will work alongside them to ensure all details are covered.​

All my ceremonies are Romantic, Fun, Meaningful, and Elegant. I write my own scripts and can personalize them for each couple!

For customized ceremonies: If you would like to meet, meetings are held in the City of Franklin.  On a busy schedule? Let’s have a video conference.

Ready to book? To protect both parties a non-refundable deposit is required. You can mail a check or I can email you an invoice that you can pay online.  Half of your total is due at signing in order to save your date.  The balance is due six weeks before the wedding.

If booking a customized script less than 2 months to the wedding date, full payment is required at signing.

Once the deposit has been paid…you are booked!

All payments are non-refundable if service is canceled within 6 weeks of the wedding.  If the final payment is not received and no contact has been made by the 6 week deadline, your day will be released.

For all Customized Ceremonies, a electronic version of your wedding script is created. You have full access to the script so you know exactly what I will say and can edit it so it can be exactly how you’ve dreamed. I write my ceremonies from life experiences with universal concepts of love and friendship.

Maplewood Matrimony – $75

(Bring your marriage license and get married in 10 minutes, no need to go to Vegas!)

This ceremony is for couples wanting to make their union legal in a fast manner and have a party with their families later or no party at all!

I’m here to help!

You can come to my home in Ivor, Southampton County.
Available Monday-Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM; Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 9 PM.

Strictly confidential and same day appointments always available.  You may book this ceremony up to 4 weeks in advance.
Appointments required – You must call ahead.
Space is only for the couple and 2 adult guests.

I work from home, so you will be coming to my house.
Appointments are meant to be in and out. No changing of clothes or public restroom is available.

Your appointment is valid up to 15 minutes after the start time. If you are late, you will need to make a new appointment for a future date.

Ceremony includes:

  • Signing of Marriage License. (Mailing to County Clerk’s Office is included.)
  • Exchange of Vows/Rings. (Always optional)
  • 10 minutes after ceremony to take your own pictures.  Enjoy the rural country setting.
  • Witnesses are welcomed but not required in Virginia.
  • Space is ONLY for the couple and 2 adult guests, no large groups.

Additional services:

​Your own mini photo session! 15 minutes for an additional $25.00, all photos will be emailed to you, you will own the rights to your pictures.

Mobile Matrimony – $100

(Have your marriage license ready and I’ll come to you.)

Same ceremony as offered as Maplewood Matrimony but in the comfort of your own home or alternate public location.

Price is ONLY inside of Southampton County, travel fee applies when outside this area.

Stress free and spontaneous feeling.

Usually, couples that choose this ceremony, need me to come to their house for more privacy, they may have more family and friends that they would like present, or if my location is too far.

Most couples choosing this ceremony want to make their partnership legal and will have a big bash or religious ceremony in the future.

Whichever is the case, I will travel to your home or public destination to make it convenient for you.

Appointments are required due to traveling to location, however, I am usually available the same week.  You may book this ceremony up to 4 weeks in advance.

The couple must be ready when I arrive, and I leave within 30 minutes.

Non-refundable payment is due at booking.

Ceremony includes:

  • Signing of Marriage License (Mailing to County Clerk’s Office is included)
  • Exchange of Vows/Rings (Always optional)
  • The 10 minute ceremony.
  • Witnesses are always welcomed but not required in Virginia. You can have as many friends and family as you like!
  • Please remember I do not wait for guests to arrive as I will be in and out.

Package Pricing

Elopement Style – $125

(Short and Sweet in a Home, Park, or Public Venue)
  • Script is based on your personalities with the information I will gather when you schedule your ceremony.
  • Ceremony Layout includes: Welcoming, Signing of Marriage License (Before and After), Exchanging of Vows, Exchanging of Rings and Pronouncement. No processional/Recessional.
  • I will arrive at the location at the start time. Ceremony length is about 10 minutes. Available for only 30 minutes.
  • Mailing of marriage license and 2 certified copies are included.
  • I don’t meet before hand for this package as is intended for those looking for a short and sweet ceremony. I will gather all the information for your ceremony when you contact me to book your reservation.  I am always available for questions by email, phone, or video conference.
  • Your modest ceremony will still be special, personalized, and memorable.

Customized Elopement – $150 

(Custom Short and Sweet Elopement in a Home, Park, or Public Venue)
  • Customized written ceremony. We will customize your wedding with a preset template to help you have the wedding ceremony you envision.
  • Ceremony Layout includes: Welcoming, Signing of the Marriage License (Before, During or After), Exchanging of Vows (to include personal vows-optional), Exchanging of Rings and Pronouncement. Processional/Recessional (optional).
  • I will arrive at the location 10 minutes prior to the start time. Ceremony length is about 15 minutes. Available for a total of one hour.
  • Mailing of marriage license and 2 certified copies are included.
  • We will meet in advance to customize your ceremony.  I am always available for questions in person, by email, by phone, or by video conference.

Traditional Style – $200

(Mid Length – under 20 minutes, Great for Informal and Formal Venues)
  • Customized written ceremony. We will customize your wedding with a preset template to help you have the wedding ceremony you envision.
  • Ceremony Layout includes: Processional, Welcoming, a Reading, Signing of Marriage License (Before and After), Exchanging of Vows (to include personal vows-optional), Exchanging of Rings, Pronouncement, and Recessional.
  • I will arrive at the location 30 minutes before the start time and be available for a total of one hour and 15 minutes.
  • Mailing of marriage license and 2 certified copies are included.
  • We will meet in advance to customize your ceremony.  I am always available for questions in person, by email, by phone, or by video conference.

Elegant Ceremony – $250

(Full length, Great for Formal Venues with a time line)
  • Customized written ceremony. We will customize your wedding with a preset template to help you have the wedding ceremony you envision.
  • Ceremony Layout includes: Processional, Welcoming, 2 Readings, Signing of Marriage License (Before and After), Exchanging of Vows (to include personal vows-optional), Exchanging of Rings, I do’s, Pronouncement, and Recessional.
  • I will arrive at the location 45 minutes before the start time and meet separately with each of you along with the wedding planner/coordinator, and be available for a total of two hours.
  • Mailing of marriage license and 2 certified copies are included.
  • We will meet in advance to customize your ceremony.  I am always available for questions in person, by email, by phone, or by video conference.

Elaborate Elegance – $350

(Full length, Great for Formal Venues with time line)
  • Customized written ceremony. We will customize your wedding with a preset template to help you have the wedding ceremony you envision.
  • Ceremony Layout includes: Processional, Welcoming, 2 Readings, Signing of Marriage License (Before and After), Exchanging of Vows, Exchanging of Rings, I do’s, Pronouncement, and Recessional.
  • I will arrive at the location 45 minutes before the start time and be available for a total of two hours.
  • Attend and lead the rehearsal to cover positions, walking speed, etc.
  • Mailing of marriage license and 2 certified copies are included.
  • We will meet in advance to customize your ceremony.  I am always available for questions in person, by email, by phone, or by video conference.
